Refund & Exchange Policy – Woozie Store
At Woozie Store, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- The product delivered is damaged.
- The wrong item was sent.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons, such as:
- “I don’t like the product”
- “I changed my mind”
- “The item doesn’t match my preference”
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing storewoozie@gmail.com.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
- Return shipping must be done via a traceable courier service at the customer’s expense.
- The return address is mentioned on the parcel slip.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- We will notify you by email/message regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Advance Payment Policy
All orders above PKR 5000 require a 10% advance payment before dispatch.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that no return or exchange is applicable on the following categories:
- Inflatable items
- Factory-sealed products
- Remote control toys
- Battery-operated items
- Promotional, discounted, or sale items
